Orders and Warehouse Book Creation at the Touch of a Button
An optimal interaction of warehousing and ordering as well as a smooth transition of the processes are important success factors of a company. Because you can ensure the timely supply of your customers with your products only if enough goods are available in the warehouse. An important aspect is therefore the definition of a minimum stock.
The minimum stock describes the quantity that is always available in the warehouse for security reasons. In the event of production stoppages, delivery difficulties of a supplier or other events, the minimum stock for sales orders can be used until the replenishment process returns to normal.
In the KundenMeister you therefore deposit the available quantity for each of your products as well as the minimum stock for each individual warehouse. If the minimum quantity is undershot when the products are sold, a message appears in the warehouse management software so that you can immediately reorder. (more under the menu item 'Sales and Purchases')
The 'Open Orders' menu item created specifically in the KundenMeister displays all order proposals automatically generated by the warehouse software. These are listed on the basis of the stored minimum quantity, so that enough goods are available as safety stock and for sale in all warehouses. Via a button the orders can then be made directly from the merchandise management system.
Already placed orders are also displayed in a clear list in the CRM software. Therefore, if there are consistent and recurring orders, placed orders can be converted into a purchase with a mouse click and you save yourself the re-entry of all products, materials etc. you want to order.
