Our module prices are structured in a way that you only pay for those modules that you actually use. The KundenMeister pricing model is therefore based on users (employees) who work with the solution. The prices are monthly rates.

Our support packages include help with system configuration as well as questions and support with individual extensions and the training of new employees.
You also benefit from regular updates. All innovations and system updates are immediately available to you in the KundenMeister. No manual updates are required.
In order to be able to take your individual needs into account in the best possible way, we have defined 4 support packages with different scope of services. Of course, you can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time (with a notice period of 1 month).
Without an active support contract, we will of course try to solve your challenges and offer you support. However, there may be longer waiting times in answering your request and solving your problem. For convenient and problem-free work, simply secure the right support package for you.
