Improved Service Through the App by Koerbler

Koerbler has developed an app especially for the company Service24 in order to sustainably improve their services. For the company Service24 it was difficult to make the handling of emergency services efficient. A particular challenge was the transmission of services in different languages. Thanks to the App from Koerbler, the simplified support of Service24 in case of breakdowns or accidents is now possible.

The app by Koerbler is mainly used by logisticians who have a breakdown or an accident within their driving time. If help is needed, truck drivers no longer need to call the breakdown service, but can use the app to quickly and easily request them through Service24.

All that needs to be done is to fill out a form with the drivers, which contains information about the person, the breakdown and also about the vehicle itself. Furthermore, with an additional link it is possible to transmit the exact coordinates of the vehicle to Service24 in order to find it quickly. In case of an accident it is also possible to send a photo of the damage. This allows a better estimation of the extent of the accident by the service center.

Additional Functions of the Service24 App

Another option, if help is needed quickly, is the SOS button, which allows the central Service24 to be called directly. However, it is also possible to request the callback of the service point by a single press of a button, which then can take care of the problem immediately. When opening the app, it is also possible for users to select their desired language. Due to the cooperation with call centers from Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria, the reduction of language barriers during a recall is guaranteed.
