We, Koerbler GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “KundenMeister” or “We”) with registered office in 8430 Wagna, inform you below for what purpose and to what extent your personal data is collected, stored and used by us in the course of using our web application KundenMeister.
IMPORTANT FOREWORD: Your data will not be passed on without your consent, unless there is a legal obligation.

The protection and security of your personal data is an important concern for us. KundenMeister therefore stores and processes data exclusively in accordance with the Austrian Data Protection Act. You as a user agree to the data processing in the sense of this declaration.

Personal data is data that can be related to you personally, e.g. your name, your address or your e-mail address. Basically the following is to be distinguished: There is data that already arises due to technical processes when using the Internet and is automatically transmitted to us, and data that you enter independently on our platform in order to be able to use all functions of our services to the full extent.

Automated data collection

When you visit our website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register to use our services or otherwise provide us with information, your Internet browser or mobile device will for technical reasons regularly automatically transmit non-personal data (including date and time of the request, content of the request (specific page), access status/HTTP status code, volume of data transmitted in each case), which we store in a log file. This data is stored and evaluated exclusively for technical reasons to ensure trouble-free operation of the website to improve our offer, but does not allow us to draw any conclusions about your person.

Collection of personal data

Personal data are only collected if you provide them to the web application KundenMeister by filling out the corresponding form on the website www.kundenmeister.com. The data provided will not be passed on to third parties.

We use the following data:

General data – if you conclude a contract with us, we process the following data:

  • Your master data: Family and first name, academic degree, address and contact information (e.g. email address, telephone number), information about the nature and content of our contractual relationship.
  • Other personal data that you or third parties provide us with your consent or otherwise permissibly during the initiation of a contract or during the contractual relationship: Date of birth or age, marital status, gender. This term does not include data sensitive to data protection law, in particular racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or ideological beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or health data.

Processing

In accordance with Article 6 of the DSGVO, you are informed that with your consent, we process the personal information collected through the service and use it to carry out the following actions:

  • to provide and improve our service and support
  • to contact you;
  • to personalise the service and to make available the content you have selected;
  • to invite you to participate in surveys or similar promotions;
  • for data analysis;
  • for internal audits;
  • for the development of new products;
  • to determine trends in usage;
  • to prevent and detect security threats, fraud and other malicious activity; to comply with our legal obligations; and to enforce our agreements;
  • to secure online access;
  • to compile billing and statistics on access behavior (e.g., number of times a source is accessed, total and per source, changes in access frequency)

Registration for the e-mail newsletter Registration

KundenMeister offers you the possibility to receive a free newsletter. With the newsletter we inform you in particular about new functionalities, new partners and offers, the KundenMeister news as well as help and support. If you subscribe to our newsletter, which is possible within the scope of registration on the platform, we use the so-called double-opt-in procedure. This means that after entering your e-mail address, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you entered. In this email we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive our newsletter. If you confirm your wish to receive the newsletter, we will store your e-mail address until you unsubscribe. The storage serves the sole purpose of sending you the newsletter. Furthermore, we store your IP address and the time of registration and confirmation in order to prevent misuse of your personal data. The e-mails sent for the purpose of sending the newsletter contain so-called tracking pixels (web beacons). Tracking pixels are one-pixel image files that link to the internet applications of KundenMeister. The analysis is done by collecting the following data: E-mail recipient, time of opening of the e-mail in which the newsletter is sent, user behaviour, i.e. type, time and order of activation of links in the newsletter, as well as tracking pixels that are assigned to your e-mail address and provided with a unique ID. Links contained in the newsletter also contain this ID. The data collected in this way is not merged with other personal data collected about you. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, either by clicking on the link provided in each newsletter e-mail, or by sending a message to KundenMeister. In case of revocation the data will be deleted completely. Of course, the data provided by you will not be passed on to third parties.

Use of collected data

The company uses personal data of KundenMeister customers to provide the requested services. For example, if you fill out an online contact form, we use this information to contact you regarding your interest in the services. This data is stored and used exclusively to answer your request or to contact you and for the related technical administration. Your data will be deleted after the final processing of your request, provided that you request it and that the deletion does not conflict with any legal storage obligations.

The company also uses personal data of KundenMeister customers and data of participants for marketing purposes if necessary. For example, the company may use the information you provide to contact you to discuss your interest in the services and to send you information about the company.

We delete:

  • If you have concluded a contract with us, we will delete your master data and other personal data after the end of the 7th (seventh) year after the last use, but at the latest after all legal storage obligations have expired (for example according to § 212 UGB or §§ 207 f BAO in the current version)
  • Data which are transmitted exclusively for the purpose of contract initiation will be deleted after 14 days.

Right of access to information

You can demand a confirmation from us as to whether and to what extent we process your data.

Right of rectification

If we process your personal data that is incomplete or incorrect, you can request us to correct or complete it at any time.

Right to deletion

You can demand that we delete your personal data if we process them illegally or if the processing interferes disproportionately with your legitimate protection interests. Please note that there may be reasons that prevent immediate deletion, e.g. in the case of legally regulated storage obligations.

Right to limit processing

You can demand that we limit the processing of your data if

  • you dispute the accuracy of the data, for a period of time that allows us to verify the accuracy of the data.
  • the processing of the data is unlawful, but you refuse to allow it to be deleted and instead demand a restriction on the use of the data,
  • we no longer need the data for the intended purpose, but you still need the data to assert or defend legal claims, or
  • you have lodged an objection to the processing of the data.

Right to data transferability

You can demand that we provide you with your data that you have entrusted to us for safekeeping in a structured, common and machine-readable format, provided

  • we process this data on the basis of a revocable consent given by you or for the fulfilment of a contract between us, and
  • such processing is carried out by means of automated procedures.

Right of objection

If we process your data for the performance of tasks in the public interest, for the exercise of official authority, or if we invoke the necessity to safeguard our legitimate interest during processing, you can object to this data processing, provided that there is an overriding interest in protecting your data. You can object to the sending of advertising at any time without giving reasons.

Right of appeal

If you are of the opinion that we have violated Austrian or European data protection law in processing your data, we request that you contact us in order to clarify any questions you may have. Of course you also have the right to complain to the Austrian data protection authority, and from 25.5.2018 also to a supervisory authority within the EU.

Brunner Webhosting was carefully selected by us as a specialized service provider and is regularly checked by us to ensure that your privacy is protected. Brunner Webhosting processes your personal data only on behalf of and at the instruction of us and may use your personal data only for the purposes specified by us. Compliance with these data protection regulations and the necessary security measures is guaranteed at all times.

Our server location is located in Austria in the data center eww ITandTel. eww ITandTel was carefully selected by us and is regularly checked by us to ensure that your privacy is protected. ITandTel may only use your personal data for the purposes specified by us. Compliance with this privacy policy and the necessary security measures is guaranteed at all times.

Use of cookies

“Cookies” are small files which enable us to store specific information relating to you, the user, on your PC or digital terminal device while you visit one of our websites.
